Returns
All returns must be back at our store within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging with original proof of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by our returns department. All sales are final after 30 days. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refunds
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the part, we will process your return to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. You will be notified when your return is processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot to be returned or exchanged: -Clearance Items -Special Order or Custom Items -Electrical Items -Non-Stocking Items For defective or damaged items, please contact us. If an error was made by Georgia Truck Parts, we will credit the full amount of your order. Please Note: -A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns -Items must be uninstalled -Items must be in original packaging -Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer
Cores
Core charges apply to purchases of manufactured items. Purchasing a remanufactured item enables you to avoid the 'core' cost by allowing you the option to return the worn item. A 'core' deposit represents the value assigned to the used part. You are obligated to place a deposit on this item, which will be refunded to you upon the return of this part.
Guidelines
All cores must be usable, "like for like" and returned by the customer within 90 days for credit. All cores must be in condition which is deemed 'normal wear & tear'. Cores with any damage will not be accepted for credit. All fluids must be drained from cores before packaging for return.
Warranty
Numerous products we offer are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, which terms differ based on the manufacturer and the specific part. Parts (and labor costs covered by warranty) are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. Importantly: -The manufacturer's assessment and approval regarding the warranty require us to send the part to the manufacturer before warranty credit. -The warranty does not cover damage or less resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, storage, handling, overloading or any use that contradicts the manufacturer's instructions. -Proof of purchase is mandatory.
